Orders
We strive to ship your order in a timely manner. Generally, orders that are placed before 6:00pm PST will be shipped out the next business day. In rare instances there may be a delay. We will contact you if your order will be delayed more than 3 business days.
Shipping - Domestic
We ship via USPS Mail which generally takes 1-5 business days, depending on the method of shipping you choose. If you are spending $75 or more, we will ship your order for free within the US. Use coupon code FREESHIP. Free shipping method is USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days) or USPS Standard Post (4-10 business days). If you choose a method of shipping that is faster, then a $5 credit will be applied toward shipping instead.
Shipping - International
Our international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International (2-5 weeks) or USPS Priority International (6-10 business days). Please contact us if you are concerned about the delivery of a package.
Please note that some countries charge additional fees when receiving international merchandise. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees as we are not responsible for any local taxes fees or duties.
While we are unable to extend our Free Shipping Policy to international customers, we do offer a $5 shipping discount to orders $75 and over if you use the FREESHIP coupon code.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days and we will refund your money or send you a replacement, your choice. We simply ask that the item is in the same condition as it arrived. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping and we will take care of everything else.
